About me
After working all over Europe I have settled in Spain for the last 11 years.

Early days
I learnt photography back in the 1970's as a complement to my art. My tutor was a well known 60's fashion and portrait photographer, but he didn't like my "creative" style. However this style has become the normal for most photographers today. So I have always attempted to be ahead in my work, whether it's photography or one of my other technical skills, and I'm still defining my artistic style.

Previous work
Most of my early work was lost when a hard drive died, so I am attempting to recreate some of it with a new twist.
However as I keep finding negatives, I am scanning them, and if usable will post them here.

Photography is fun!
Learning how to use a camera is the easy part, translating your creative ideas to images is the fun part.
As I have progressed through my career's I have always kept an open mind and attempted to add my creative flair to whatever I'm doing.
Being able to visualise the final image is a great ability, whether it's capturing the beauty of a person, garment, or place, or just being aware enough of your surroundings to capture that fleeting moment.
